okay so we filed for the i130 and i129 together ,noa1 was on 18th june...

signed up for case updte by email like 2 days ago and today they sent me that.

Post Decision Activity

On August 6, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

is that mean its approved???

and i got same thing for i129?now which one i should be working on?and what to do next?

im so lost and shocked in a good way ofcourse lol..but i didn't expect it anytime before november!

Jun 13th 2012: I-130 sent

Jun 18th 2012: NOA 1

Aug 6th 2012 : NOA 2 (49 days from NOA1)

NVC

Aug 10th 2012: Case received

Aug 15th 2012: Case # assigned

Aug 17th 2012: AOS paid,Ds3032 emailed

Aug 21st 2012: AOS showed paid, AOS sent

Aug 22nd 2012: AOS received

Aug 28th 2012: AOS accepted

Aug 29th 2012: Ds3032 email accepted

Aug 30th 2012: Iv paid

Aug 31st 2012: Iv showed paid

Sept 1st 2012: Iv sent

Sept 4th 2012: Iv received

Sept 11th 2012:RFE for ds230 question #30

Sept 12th 2012:ds230 part I sent with correction

Sept 13th 2012:ds230 part I received

Sept 20th 2012:Case complete

Oct 1st 2012 : Case sent to the embassy in Cairo

Oct 11th 2012: Medical Exam

Oct 21 2012: Medical Results Received

Oct 24th 2012 : Interview (Approved)

Nov 3rd 2012: visa in hand

Nov 8th 2012 : POE (Dallas)

I would drop the 129F, since you already have the IR1/CR1 approved.

June 18th NOA1 on a regular I-130 not even DCF is great news!!

My date is June 8th, give me hope!!

11/13/2012: NOA2

NVC:

11/16/2012: NVC Received (NVC # not ready)

11/19/2012: BOG number/IIN - Gave emails

11/19/2012: Choice of Agent email sent

11/20/2012: AOS bill invoiced

11/20/2012: AOS bill paid shows in process

11/21/2012: AOS package sent

11/21/2012: AOS bill shows PAID

11/21/2012: Choice of Agent email sent (again)

Also, please take a minute to correct your timeline that shows an NOA1 date of 6/21 (this date should be the Priority date on the NOA1).

Again Congrats!!! And hurry to get the docs needed for NVC processing (DS-3032 email template sent from the beneficiaries e-mail I think is the first step) I am so excited right now!!

Correction: first step is the calling game to ensure that NVC gets your file, also to get your case # and Invoice identification number (to pay bills online).
