we filed I29F last april 24 and got our noa1 on may 1st.. our papers were sent to Vsc.. he was at virginia.. Because we lack some documents needed when we filed (we dont have letter of intent and the only proof of ongoing relationship and that weve met is our chat conversations on facebook that we were planning on getting married in the US with our profile pictures of our pic together which were included when i took the screenshot of our conversations), im expecting RFE.. based on our timeline our petition will be adjudicated on last week of oct plus additional 2 months for RFE.. it will be like december till we get our noa2.. with how fast CSC now, im thinking of us just getting married last week of august or 1st week of september and just use her mother's address which is in arizona as his address when filing IR1/Cr1 for our papers be sent at CSC... what do you guys think?

I am not really sure what your question is. I just want to ask....have you met your fiancee in person? Did he meet you in Phil?

he visited me twice last year.. my question is, is it better if we just get married and get a spouse visa or remain as K1 with the situation given above..

I would just stay with the K-1....the 1-129F is faster than the I-130 petition. The RFE does not take another 60 days. I have seen RFE's approved in 10 days....average is 20 to 30 days.

You could do the spousal visa, but if it is time your worried about....that would take much longer to do the IR-1/CR-1.

Moved from IR-1/CR-1 Progress Reports to General Immigration-Related Discussion; topic is not a spousal visa case update.

Processing times at various service centers can change month to month for various reasons. There is no way to know for sure if CSC will keep their current pace or not. Even if they do, there is still some waiting post NOA2 for an NVC case number which you will need to have to continue the process as there are steps at the NVC that have to be followed for a spousal visa case whereas the NVC is only a mail stop in K1 cases.
