Second, it doesn't even ask who the beneficiary to apply the payment to

Third, there is also a K2 involve. They don't have a link for her for me to make a payment. How do I make a payment for the k2.

that means that they are working with VTB24 bank, NOT Russian standard bank.

Personally I would verify this email with the embassy, but it totally looks like scam to me. The only web site you are using to process your visa interview business is http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ru/index.html
