This is a very confusing problem lol... I'll wait and file at a later time, so that she will be 18 at the time of her CFO and embassy interview. She'll be 18 by the time she's here so no problem about the sex offender thing lol 0_o besides as long as she has a written consent from her brother we would allow to marry anyway here in NC, but she will be 18 by then so no problem... We just wanna start the process and im worried about a RFE or something at the initial process because she's 17 when I file.

I know we are young, but you know how it is :) lol, love sometimes keeps us from thinking logically I suppose, especially when you want to be together so badly :D ... I'm still gonna try and file early a few months before her 18th b-day... It seems I might be the first? No one seems to know what's gonna happen lol.. So ill keep you guys updated, perhaps my problem can answer other people's problems in the future :)

Fingers crossed all goes well!
