question about i-864 form, Affidavit of Support ?

hello everyone!

i am married to an american female who has never had a job and has stopped college and didnt enroll this year so she could come and live with me for 2 1/2 before she had to go back home. She is planning on coming back in about 1 1/2 months to be with me again.

1. on question 1. does she mark a. as her answer since she is not the sponsor and just the petitioner?

2. on question 8. how would she answer this since she isnt the sponsor? yes or no

3. on question 10. does she answer 1 on that but again she is not the sponsor ?

4. on questions11 on does she answer them since she is not the sponsor?

her parents claim her on their taxes so does she answer any more questions after ?

The petitioner is the sponsor.

Even if a petitioner makes $0 they still are required to fill out the I864.

Her parents will also claiming whoever the have plus you.

2. on question 8. how would she answer this since she isnt the sponsor? yes or no. She IS the sponsor. She will fill out a I-864 and so will your Co-sponsor. YES

3. on question 10. does she answer 1 on that but again she is not the sponsor ? is she is sponsoring 1

4. on questions11 on does she answer them since she is not the sponsor? she puts in her information

her parents claim her on their taxes so does she answer any more questions after ? She would file out the remaining and parents will file out the I-864A form.

I am the first sponsor to my son in law and my husband is the second because i fall short in wages for the 5 of us. Do i fill out 1-864 form and he does the 1-864a form or do him and I fill out the 1-864a for each of us? thank you for your response also
