For those of you who require prescription medications but are having trouble paying for them, I highly recommend that you check and see if you qualify for patient assistance. I am on a medication that if I were to pay for it out of pocket would cost me up $190 a month, but thanks to Johnson & Johnson's patient assistance program, I get it for free instead.

The link appears to be to a valid non-profit organization that helps people who can't afford prescriptions obtain their medicine. It does not look like the OP can gain any sort of personal benefit from this recommendation, so that is in fact what it is, a recommendation and not an advertisement.
