I Need help with this Photo dimensions...

I am filing my AOS soon medical is done and sealed...

I just had a photo taken at CVS yesterday and its good thing that I brought w/ me the 3 application instuctions (Photo instructions)...I-130, I-485 & I-765.

A. The I-485 & I-765 photo instuctions are the same 2x2 passport head height should measure 1" to 1 3/8 from top to bottom of chin and eye height is between 1 1/8" to 1 3/8 from bottom of photo...

Now, just I-130 is different...

B. The dimensions of the full frontal facial image should be about 1 inch from the chin to top of the hair...

now, I am confused that some VJ's filing AOS submit the same 6 passport size dimension w/c is the 1 3/8... I don't know what to do for I-130... Do we need my husband I should submit a passport size 1 inch size from head to chin which is different from I-485 & I-765... pls. if you can give me some advice here I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You and more power to all. :)

They are all standard US passport photos. You are talking about 3/8 inch? That's just to make room for a little slop. It just means someone else wrote the instructions, and one said "about 1 inch" and the other said "from 1 to 1 3/8."

They are no different. They are all standard US passport photos. No need to bring instructions and school CVS people who are trained to do this.

Wow! Thank you very much!!! That's what makes me confused... written in the instuctions passport size but then asking 1 inch only and the other asking passport size too but yes asking for 3/8 inch more... then in that case i have to go back to cvs and ask for more copies since I only got 2 that time I went... Oh by the way, I just showed it to them what the instuctions was asking and thats where the technician told me that they don't do the 1 inch just the 1 3/8" passport size... anyway, I thank you again that I feel at ease now.. Thank you very much for the advice and help! more power to you.
