HI I have sent my I797 Approval notice to NVC research and received email form research they will contact USCIS to locate file does any one know how long it take usually take. I have also called USCIS and talk with level 2 agent and he gave me reference # what is next step

I did the same thing. The nvcresearch email u will get within like a week. I had called USCIS and got a service request number.

My case was just sitting at CSC. I received NOA2 6/29 and on 7/27 my file was sent to NVC received date 7/30. Sad I lost a whole month. Now I have to wait 15 business days (8/20) to get case#. But praying a miracle happens and I get it this week.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.

4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received

I Sent Email to NVC research on 07/18/2012 and received response from on 07/19/2012 they will contact USCIS but have not heard back from NVC research. I called NVC on 08/3/2012 they have not received my file

keep calling USCIS. It is there responsibility to get your petition to NVC. Also call the California Service Center if you have not yet done that.

You just make sure u speak to Tier 2 supervisor and ask when ur case physically left CSC. When I called 7/27 they said oh u r still here. Its been crazy.

And Thomas plz let ur insight wager be correct. I will happily take it but I want that # this week.
