Hi all,

Just wanted to see what is going on with VSC and when any of us Feb filers will hear anything. Seemingly to get no news at the moment about anything?

Also anything i can be doing in the meantime to get everything in order when i do eventually get NOA2 ?

Almost 6 months for us and nothing =(

I am not doing anything at the moment but wrecking my nerves as I know I have another thousand years to wait till my file gets to NVC..

One thing to say - CSC going through May.... MAY, REALLY?!?!??!

6 months tomorrow for us...we got a 'request for more information' on 1st August, so that'll push the application back a month. Hope you hear something soon!

6 month tomorrow as well for me and nothing .. However iam filing for i130 not a k1 .. I filed service request 2 weeks ago .. One week later i got an email tells me that i should hear somthing in 60 days and if not call back !

April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)

May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

It was 172 days form my NOA1 when they sent me an RFE for missing a check mark on a question. I sent the reply back the next day. They are starting to process the February applicatios in VSC. Hang in there guys!

My K1 was received in Texas on 2/6/12, last update on the website shows 2/9/12. I have not heard anything yet.

Looks like I need to get things ready, thanks for the above info.

me too.. 6 months already:( noa1 received last feb 1.. ( i didnt change my timeline) it kills me a lot, i even start to be negative about it.. :(vsc please.. Move.. :((

I am truly happy for all at the California Service center that are moving so quickly with approvals :innocent: But I do feel alittle short-changed being one of the so many here in Vermont who are not even getting a touch :crying: Depressing as the whole situation is already we have no choice but to WAIT :whistle: Keep you Faith .........and Vermont plz hustle
