I have not been myself since today. He birthday is Sept 19th and I want him to be here with me. How long will this take ?? I need my nod2 pls

One piece of advice as I'm dealing with this too, pretend that you have the NOA2 letter and start working on the documents that you need for that next phase.

Employer letter

IRS transcripts

Fill out the forms DS156, 156K, etc so you can see if you have everything needed for all the fields

If he/she doesn't leave in Lagos, plan the logistics of getting the medical done and also the police clearance

I thought I was ready but was surprised when I received NOA2 and saw I really wasn't as prepared as I should have been.

Does the beneficiary have a current passport already?
