Hello, I am currently living in Pakistan with my husband and want to file the I-130 Petition. I have some questions. On the I-130 form:

Question B 2: Peitioner Address: Can I write my U.S. address so the NOAs go over there by my family or do I have to write the address in Pakistan?

Question # 21: if you are husband/wife list last address you guys lived together at: This is my 2nd trip to my husband but the addresses are the same. My

questio is do I write the dates of the first trip or the date of this trip. Also, if i write the date of this trip then the "FROM" date will be Aug 1,2012 because thats when I came to Pakistan but what will be the "TO" date? Should I write "present"?

G-325 form for Petitioner:

Applicants residence last 5 years: Do I do the same? Start with the address in Pakistan and write the addresses of places I lived in U.S. or should I not write no address of Pakistan?

- Does USCIS accepe an international money gram money order for the fees?

-If I send the whole packget and application to my family in US and they forward it to USCIS ...can that be done?

- My main residence was in CA before i came to Pakistan but now since I am living in Pakistan should my family send the I-130 Petition to the Chicago Lockbox?

Please help me as much as possible. THXX

Are you actually living in Pakistan or are you visiting there for an extended period of time. Visiting is not living together.

Applicants residence last 5 years: Do I do the same? Start with the address in Pakistan and write the addresses of places I lived in U.S. or should I not write no address of Pakistan?

Again, are you visiting or living in Pakistan. Extended visits are not the same as residing there and you would not use any Pakistani address on the G-325A (or I-130) if you are only visiting.

- Does USCIS accepe an international money gram money order for the fees?

No

-If I send the whole packget and application to my family in US and they forward it to USCIS ...can that be done?

Yes (and you are sending a petition, not an application).

- My main residence was in CA before i came to Pakistan but now since I am living in Pakistan should my family send the I-130 Petition to the Chicago Lockbox?

Once again, are you just visiting for an extended length of time or are you actually living there?

No, I am going to live there until the whole process gets done which means that until my husband gets his visa on his passport so maybe that's going to be a year or 2...should I send the petition to the Chicago Lockbox? Please answer the rest of my questions about addresses. Thanks

If you are going to stay in Pakistan on a long-term stay visa or residence permit, then you will be living there and thus would use your Pakistani address on the applicable forms (and you would send the package to the Chicago lockbox).

If you are going to stay in Pakistan on tourist visa extensions, then you are only visiting (albeit for an extended amount of time). As I said before, visiting is not living together and you would use US Addresses on the forms and the lockbox your package would be sent to would be determined by your US address.

I am also living in Pakistan until my husband completes his visa process. We married here and then applied for a family visa, but on the visa in my passport they write that it is a visit visa with multiple entry. Other women I know who have come to Pakistan have received the same type of visa. This is the visa they issue to wives of Pakistanis as a "family visa" but it is labelled as "visit". It is used for those who are living with their husbands here for an extended period of time and must be renewed every year (regardless if they issued it for one year, or five years, the USC must go to the passport office each and every year) I don't know of any other visa they issue for wives of pakistanis that doesn't say "visit" on it.
