Hello everyone! Do I have to get my job letter notarized? question 24Bb-Income you are using from any other person who was counted in your household. Do I just list my husband since we filed together? Does my husband has to fill out the form as well? I have enough income to support my mother. Do I need job letter from my husbands job as well? I'm very sorry if this question were asked before, it has been a while since last time I logged in here. Thanks for all your help.

If your income is enough no need to list your husband for anything. Employment letter just needs to be on company paper. I would make sure someone from HR signs the letter.

I dont need to list him on question 24B even though we file together? thanks for your help

For my wife's parents we just put none in this section. Just send copies of your w2's to show your income also send a couple current pay stub copies. This will help because if you filed joint taxes like we did your tax returns show a total for both. I would also get your free tax transcripts from the IRS.

I dont need to list him on question 24B even though we file together? thanks for your help

my personal opinion - even if you file together, you will only need to list your spouse on 24B if you're income is below poverty and that you are going to use him as your household member, which in this case, your space needs to fill out I-864A aside from you putting his name on 24B...

hope this helps...

the opinions that i express in this website are my own and are not legal advise...thank you...
