You can study each NVC 2012 Monthly thread, and see the same pattern.

some checklists are real, and you can tell, as they're specific to a missing document or several documents (never a form) .

most common is the proper marriage certificate, for the DS-230 during IV intake.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Yeah...I think I will know if it real, anyway I have had my wife's IV package ready to go for the last 30 days. Just hope it's not signed to early. She signed her IV application on July 4, 2012. I just wanted to be sure I had it back in my hands in plenty of time.

My agent told me that it should be listed on the instruction.. He will send the Application for immigrant visa form tmrw and will update you guys as aoon as i get the result... Thank you for all the answers :)

Updating your timeline will help us understand what you have completed already and where you are in your processing at NVC.

I worked on my timeline already......you can click on my timeline from my profile :)
