some checklists are real, and you can tell, as they're specific to a missing document or several documents (never a form) .

most common is the proper marriage certificate, for the DS-230 during IV intake.

Yeah...I think I will know if it real, anyway I have had my wife's IV package ready to go for the last 30 days. Just hope it's not signed to early. She signed her IV application on July 4, 2012. I just wanted to be sure I had it back in my hands in plenty of time.

If beneficiary interview is taking outside the USA, he/she needs to submit police clearance certificate along with other documents.

My agent told me that it should be listed on the instruction.. He will send the Application for immigrant visa form tmrw and will update you guys as aoon as i get the result... Thank you for all the answers
