Interview Date

My case was closed at the NVC on July 31. Please I was just wondering if any Nigerian VJ can give an estimate when they are likely to schedule my spouse for interview. Thanks.

No one knows. Seems things have got hung up. What I have read others do is call their embassy to see how open things are. Like Canada found out interviews are on hold until mid September. China was told no new interviews would start being scheduled until October.

So call embassy and DOS to see what's up.

I'm coming right behind ya.

Our case closed on the same day. My congressman sent me an email on 8/1 and said that Lagos is currently scheduling interviews for the beginning of September. I'm not quite sure how fast they will fill up before we get scheduled, but I am guessing sometime in September for sure. Good Luck with the rest of your process!!

Interviews are usually scheduled the 2nd week of the month. Call back in about a week to see if you got in for Sept.
