I am getting ready to submit my I-130 and will include possibly 6-7 affidavits to prove a bona fide marriage. Just seeking advice on how this letter posted below looks to everyone. Thanks for any input.

AFFIDAVIT

I, FIRST AND LASTNAME, residing at ADDRESS, CITY, STATE ZIP, SUBJECT TO PENALITY OF PERJURY UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES, do solemnly swear that the following information, is true to the best of my knowledge and belief:

--- here goes the letter. should be short but sweet - do not forget your full name and lastname. short sentences that make pure sense.

at the end:

In my sincere opinion, their marriage is a bona fide relationship.

[yes, this sentence should be put in each letter that you obtain. for USCIS it is not like: how they all knew what to write -- it is you that notarize the letter and ask them to put that sentence - it is important for USCIS OP to have that information in the letter so he can that notarized letter put in your chart as additional evidence.

Feel free to contact me if any further information is needed -- contact name lastname, cell phone number or work number.

The affidavits do not need to be notarized. And they do not carry a lot of weight. Six or seven is too much.

The line about "in my sincere opinion..." sounds rather odd. Unless the writer is an experienced immigration professional.

If you are going to obtain an affidavit or two just have the person describe how they know you, how long they've known the couple, and how they have interacted with the couple (not long, specific details) and then have a conclusion where they state that the couple seems to have a (happy and loving marriage) or some similar statement.

It sounds like a form letter

Affidavits, in my opinion, should be sincere

However, little weight is put behind them, you should really focus on primary evidence of meeting and spending time together

Good luck

Six or seven affidavits that all say the same thing will carry zero weight. If you include affidavits, have the people write them themselves.
