info on Co sponser

Co sponser income must exceeds the 125% of poverty guideline to sponsor the immigrant , basically this applies to the guidline aswell if lets say the co sponsor also looks after 2 children only their income must be over $17,000 correct?

Im from the UK , my fiance is a student and will start permenant work this summer holidays he's never worked before so hence hes never filed for any tax return , does that mean a co sponser must sponser me and lets say in any case there is no one willing to co sponser what are the other options?

-Your own funds

-offer of employment in the US

-or affidavit of support from a US citizen or permanent resident

does the Job have to be permanent when its pre arranged?
