I send I - 130 back in April 1 2012. received Noa1 couple of days later. its has being 4 months( Now in August) I have not heard anything yet. No RFE (praying for none. I read lot of post that it usually takes about 5 month for Noa2. At the same time I read about people got thier Noa2 less than 5 month.

My questio: should I just wait for little more time or what can I do at this point. All the suggestion will highly appreciated

Just wait for a little time -- every case is treated independently. It maybe you are the next to get NOA2. Goodluck !:)

One thing we pray for more than anything else beside an approval in this VJ is PATIENCE. My dear friend be patient and wait your turn will come when it is meant to. Each case is different and unique. I understand the waiting is hard, but you are still in the beginning of this long road. Take one day at a time, don't let it overwhelm you.

Four months is not very long and your answer should be arriving soon. Good luck.

You are still in the normal processing time frame, and yes some people get approved in 3 months, even 2 months, but like what everyone is saying there are different cases, we can never know why it takes soooo long for the approvals........ I was approved in 7 months and 18 days, the wait is really nerve wrecking and u need alot of PATIENCE, so relax and hope you will be approved soon.

Philippians 4 vs 6-7
