Hello everyone, I am new to this site and am on this crazy journey of love to get my Brazilian finance back to the us. I am following the k1 guide and have a question. I just received her G-325 in the mail today and noticed how she signed the forms if it will be a problem. SHe is brazilian like i said and she has two last names. EX. mary jane smith. She signed her name mary smith. will that create a problem since she did not sign her other last name? Thankyou!!

No, your signature is your own. I technically have three first names, but I only ever use my first first name. And no-one can read my signature anyway :P
