they took less than a week to process any correspondence i sent. case completed less than a week after my last correspondence (IV documents). however they took six weeks from the day USCIS approved the case to send DS-3032/AOS fee bill. I did contact the local congressman office to make an inquiry on my behalf 4 weeks after I-130 approval though. Check my timeline form more detail. still waiting for the interview date.

Called nvc and told by the rep that interview scheduled on Sept 17, yay. They will be sending email to me and the wifey this week. Any one with similar timeframe can expect something soon

Just got case complete at nvc. My brother's and my cousin's case got complete this week too. NVC reviewed with in 10 days. Most of the I 864 and Ds 230 package, NVC does review them in 2 week, UNLESS your missing something, that's why some timelines have one month of difference.
