No, it's not just you. My wife was approved on April 5 and still no green card. I noticed that others were posting that they received their green card within about a week of receiving the approval, but around early April that trend seemed to stop. It seems like something has changed that has slowed down card production. Maybe its the sequester? Who knows. The letter said to wait 60 days so we haven't contacted them yet. But anyway, you're not alone.

This problem appears to only affect CSC filers. Have a look at the september tracker, of the many many CSC approvals in April, only a single one has physically received the card. We have not received ours. VSC filers appear to be receiving them normally.

After you send his I-175, you will receive your NOA1 shortly. The NOA states that he is allowed to live and work in the country for a year. If he travels after his GC expires, he must carry the letter

This problem appears to only affect CSC filers. Have a look at the september tracker, of the many many CSC approvals in April, only a single one has physically received the card. We have not received ours. VSC filers appear to be receiving them normally.

Thanks for the tip. I just checked Sept 2012 filers. I see what you mean.

STILL waiting on green card to arrive. Today it was marked as undeliverable AGAIN at the wrong address ranting33va.gif . We have called USCIS at least 3X, had 2 referral numbers and 1 infopass appointment. Tonight I composed an eloquent 'nasty gram' to the Ombudsman's office. I'm shocked at how easily our address was changed and what a pain in the rear it has caused.

I just wanted to say congrats to all those who have gotten approval since the last time I was here, and it is especially nice to see a few of my fellow RFE'ers get approvals too :)

I just wanted to say congrats to all those who have gotten approval since the last time I was here, and it is especially nice to see a few of my fellow RFE'ers get approvals too smile.png

Did you send your packet already? Also, how long is the wait period after you send the RFE packet?

11/30/12 = Got NOA1 (I-797C)

12/23/12 = Got the bio-metrics done (USCIS Status: Pending)

Latest update in the saga of the wrong address:

Today, May 9th we received a letter from USCIS dated April 30th stating that the green card was shipped to the wrong address due to a clerical error on the part of USCIS (No kidding Sherlock!!!). We are welcome to apply for a free replacement card by filing an I-90. We can request expedited processing, which may or may not be granted. headbonk.gif

We have one more service request number out there which should be answered by the 21st. Hopefully we will get a better answer from the second service request or will get a response from the Ombudsman's Office.

Congrats to everyone else who has been approved and actually received their cards.

It took 20 days for the approval to arrive. Still waiting for the actual card. (up to 60 days)
