Hi all,

My NOA date is 08/06/12 and I still have not received any updates on my case.

I am just very confused about why so many September/even October filers are being approved while many August cases have not even been touched yet.

I am running out of patience on this waiting process...

Hi, I never posted here before but I've been following the forum for quite a while. Like most of you, I heard nothing about my status for months. I've been checking my status online every single day and nothing changed. It was on "initial review".

However, I suddenly received my approval notice 2 weeks ago in the mail.. I wasn't expecting it since my status didn't change online.

Up until today, my online status is still not updated. I double checked my receipt number, and the description of when they received the package (aug 13 2012), but it's still on initial status. So I guess they just don't update it. Just an FYI for you guys.

When do you guys think I should schedule an info pass? After 9 months mark? Or shall I wait longer?

Adding eseniya to CSC list :) Since USCIS website states I-751 processing time for CSC is Aug 2, you can put service request on the phone. Maybe you should try to call first?

Well, My stepdaughter is traveling to Ukraine on May 4th. I've pretty much given up hope that the green cards will show up before she leaves. tongue_ss.gif

Hi guys, has anyone received an RFE recently? We got one over two weeks ago and we have not heard back from them yet. The status still says "Initial review" instead of saying "RFE". I called to make sure they got the package but weren't able to help. They told me that I need to wait 60 days before they can report the issue. Someone experienced something similar?

Adding Mauro to CSC list :) When did you respond to RFE? As you see, some members got RFE here. And as far as I know, their online status never shows RFE for I-751...

They sent me another Biometrics notice saying that I have to do it again because the FBI couldn't read my fingerprints... Anyway, I did what they said and hopefully they could read them this time... :unsure:

Kind of strange they took such a long time.

I had this happen with my wife (4 biometric appointments for AOS) and notices all came in 2-3 weeks after each biometrics...

Wow! What a coincidence. I just posted on here earlier today to say that I hadn't heard anything yet about my application, and was getting worried. And then the very same day, I get a letter from immigration to say that I was approved! The approval date was April 22nd. Letter arrived today, April 25th.

Yay!

Green card production has been ordered.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes for green card to arrive? My husband and I want to buy tickets to visit my family in England as soon as I have it in hand, but the letter says up to 60 days. That would be cutting it awfully close for our planned trip this summer.

Edit: Just a note to those still waiting - don't rely on the online system to keep up to date. Ours STILL says that we are under initial review. It hasn't changed from that since last August. I doubt, at this point, that it ever will.
