Hi Beth,

I just sent the additional documents last Saturday. The status also shows as "Initial review" for me. They said it will take a minimum of 14 days before we hear from them. I know we've been waiting for so long but I am sure everything will be alright!

Ah, thanks for letting me know when you sent yours. Adman, let us know when you send yours too, that way we can compare notes I've looked at others timelines/signatures that received RFE's, but they were all over the board from hearing back within a week to waiting months. I don't wanna wait months ::stomps foot like child:: lol. I know it will all work out, just anxious with a first time RFE (even though had a gut feeling about getting one). They are a bit stressful!

They move at there own pace. I wAs excited last week with all the approves but im back to twiddling my thumbs this week

Don't feel bad, I thought you are approved already, But just let you know not only you , but me as well.

We are on same boat.

I am thinking to wait till May , the processing time table will be updated and I want to see by the time what they are going to do with my petition.

BTW, the people here are just part of I-751 filers. If you look at the number of I-751 petitions.30 filer is just a fraction.

Hi, I never posted here before but I've been following the forum for quite a while. Like most of you, I heard nothing about my status for months. I've been checking my status online every single day and nothing changed. It was on "initial review".

However, I suddenly received my approval notice 2 weeks ago in the mail.. I wasn't expecting it since my status didn't change online.

Up until today, my online status is still not updated. I double checked my receipt number, and the description of when they received the package (aug 13 2012), but it's still on initial status. So I guess they just don't update it. Just an FYI for you guys.
