Thanks Christi and Nicole&John! I called USCIS and got spoke with an 'officer'.

She offered NO HELP and only told me the following:

1. Address was changed April 1. Card shipped on April 3.

2. They neither confirmed nor denied that they received a change of address form.

3. Told me to check with the post office (waste of time)

4. Schedule an info pass appointment to have my husband's information verified.

5. When I asked who was going to deal with the obvious immigration fraud, the officer clammed up, adopted a demeaning tone and started to become insulting.

We have an appointment with an immigration attorney tomorrow. We don't have 30 days to wait for an info pass, then file a petition to have another green card shipped ($450) and hopefully my husband's drivers license and current green card won't expire in the meantime.

We did really well filing on our own until this happened but since the possibilities range from an inside job to immigration fraud, to stolen identity, to clerical error, I'm going to assume the worst and protect my family.

The best defense is a good offense. I'll let you know how things go tomorrow.

Don't feel bad, I thought you are approved already, But just let you know not only you , but me as well.

We are on same boat.

I am thinking to wait till May , the processing time table will be updated and I want to see by the time what they are going to do with my petition.

BTW, the people here are just part of I-751 filers. If you look at the number of I-751 petitions.30 filer is just a fraction.

We met with the lawyer today. He said he'd be happy to take our money and do things for us but since we got this far by by ourselves he recommended we start on our own by scheduling an info pass appointment (we have one Monday AM). If the officer is unhelpful which he said was likely, talk to a supervisor and tell them we think it is fraud. If we don't get anywhere with the info pass we are then to go to the ombudsman (Darnell was right). If that all doesn't work, he said come back and he can help. I'll let everyone know how the info pass goes. I'm not overly optimistic.

Hello All,

I have applied for removing conditions for my wife however on March 27th, 2013 we got an RFE. I did collect additional evidence (Listed below) and sent the packent on April 8th, 2013.

Bank Statements showing two years, additional utility bills, lease agreements showing both our names, marriage license, driver's license (Both my wife and mine), green card information includes my wife and me. I am hoping USCIS will not send any more RFE and wishing she gets her Green Card approved. Do you think I will have any issues (I am praying everything works out). I just checked the USCIS Status Website and when I entered in my wife case the site says "Intial Review" I am not sure if USCIS updated the case at this point as I still see the old comments? Any suggestions??

We will be moving to a new residence in less than three weeks if my wife does not get the green card by then and I perform a change of address does or will USCIS see that as an issue? Both my wife and I will be moving to the new location.

Any help or suggestions will be helpful.
