My fiance does speak Bisaya to me sometimes on accident other times she is doing it to TRY and teach it to me. I have picked up alot of Tagalog mainly from Rosetta Stone and being here in Afghanistan. There are alot of Pinoys here, so I am picking up alot. I can read more than I speak. The thing I hate here is that most of Pinoys here in Kandahar are from Luzon/Pampanga. So I will speak to them in Tagalog, and then they will speak to their friends in Pampangan. It's really frustrating. Also there are not alot of pinoys here who speak Cebuano/Bisaya here, so I can't readily practice Bisaya.

I can generally follow a conversation in Filipino, unless they start talking really fast. Then I am lost. But I love surprising my friends, because I never let them know how much or how little I do know.

Did Insanity twice do not know what I was thinking :bonk: it is a pain pleasure deal, hurts a lot but you feel such a sense of accomplishment the rest of the day! :ot:

It makes a huge difference having a recovery drink afterwards. I use After Glow from GNC and it rocks! I usually feel nausea and dizziness when i am done and the After Glow completely resolves it and i get about half my energy back!
