Not sure where to post these.....swry

First, is there a way for me to find out the A# for my ex? I brought her to the US in 2005 and was duped, so obviously I don't have contact with her.

My current Filipina fiancee has lost her Immunization card. Anyone know of a way to replace it? I realize the K visa doesn't not require the immunizations, but I'm a belt and suspenders kinda guy, so I'd like to have her up to date on all recommended vaccinations. I'd rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it

Regarding the lost alien number: Do you have copies of any of the old forms/documents, i.e, I -485, G-325A, that might contain that information??

Regarding the lost vaccination record: One possible remedy is to have her obtain serological blood tests to determine whether she has appropriate antibody titers for the diseases requiring the vaccinations. Her physician can then determine if vaccinations are indicated.

Good luck on your visa journey.

For the medical if you do not have your shot records they will ask her questions and if they think she needs shots they will give her the shots they believe she needs. The cost of the shots are included in the medical fee you paid.

You can also have her obtain serological blood tests to determine whether she has appropriate antibody titers for the diseases requiring the vaccinations. Her physician can then determine if vaccinations are indicated.
