Date on advance parole

Hey guys, a quick question here.

For those of you who already received your AP document - in regards to the date on the document it self, is it actually the date of approval that is on there or rather, a later date than the approval day?

Just wondering because I have no idea how many days it would take for the USCIS to actually print the document and send it out after approval,and furthermore I only received an email from them saying my AP was approved, the case status online is still under 'initial review'.

Thank you so much, I realized that your AP was approved rather quickly! Did you expedite it? =)

Also, when they mailed you the AP, did they notify you via status updates/emails?

I didn't expedite it.

and yes, you will get an email says they have already mailed your card

I have no idea, you can do some research on this forum. I am sure people had posted before.

How do you guys expedited AP processing?

My expedite was a nightmare, I went to Infopass but no luck because my I 485 still had a RFE. Then I called the service line and did it through the phone. The next day they emailed and asked me for evidence. Yesterday my RFE response got to them and today I received another email stating that my expedite has been granted plus the approval notice and AP will be sent to my address.

My reason to expedite was a really ill father at my home country, I had doctor's notes and my husband's ticket to my home country to care for my dad till I rejoin them.
