Hello Friends,

It has been a while since I posted topic in here and I always get a helpful responds . My question this time is about starting a new job. It is only 3 weeks left until my fiancée’s interview. What should I do? Send her the new I-134 along with the new employer‘s employment letter or just have her take the old job’s documents to the interview?

Your respond is greatly appreciated.

Rob,

She should have everything you did make income from start of year until whenever than your new jobs employment letter and some paystubs if you have them. But she should have everything for current year just to be safe and sure.

Long as your new job still meet sthe standards. You want to remain current because sometimes they do job verification and you don't want her standing there with old jonb stuff and she doesn't have the new.

However that being said don't know if you submit now a new I-134 with new job with annual salary or what (this K1 business is so different and all). So I will let other K1ers answer that but she should still have both job info though. Better to have and not need than need and not have. Right.
