Timeline

hello everyone,

today we got an email from USCIS it says:

I-797, notice of action .

case type i130 immigrant petition for relatice, fiance(e), or orphan and then the petitioner and the beneficiaty and then.

Notice type: approval notice

section: husband or wife of u.s citizen, 201(b) INA

does this means we got approved ? because we just got our noa1 on 24 may, 2012. and if we got approved what should we do now ?

It's because you filed DCF according to your timeline you are suppose to go through faster. Congratulations.

Did u read the first 2 post in the thread I sent u? That tells u all u need to get together. You as the petitioner have all ur last 3 years tax transcripts to get together. The beneficiaey has plenty to start getting together. U have a few weeks probably before u need to send in so start reading those guides now so u know all u need to do.
