The transfer to Missouri was dated September 6th. So our first NOA1 was dated on August 29th. Today it was transferred again. So in 14 days our case has been transferred twice. I am not sure if this is a good thing or not. We'll just have to wait and see.

Well lets all hope that this is a good sign. Initially I had the feeling like our application was the hot potato and nobody wanted to hold it. I am going to Russia in December and would love to bring my wife and daughter back with me!

We are still waiting for the the hard copy so that we will know which USCIS office our application was transferred to. Has anybody else been transferred to a USCIS office?

Samething happend to me but I only have 2 hard copys. I was expecting a 3rd but no....why?? Because when it first told you that your case was transferred..it was to let you know it was now in MO. So now that you have that update on the website that says it is being processed at a uscis office...they mean it is being processed at MO do you get it?. It doesn't mean they sent it out to another office....because you should have received another letter saying it was going to be transfered again.

2012Aug 23 Filed I-130

2012 Aug 26 USCIS rec I-130

2012 Sept 4 Received NOA 1 from CSC *date on letter Aug 28*

2012 Sept 5 Case was transferred to USCIS -NBC in MO
