i have no idea what is happening!! i saw many people saying that first they were told that the I-130 was sent to another office!!! and now they just got an email saying that the I-130 is now in USCIS OFFICE being processed!!! i wil call today!!

Please inform us what happens!!

USCIS

08/13/2012: I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox from Jordan (Nahda Office)

08/21/2012: NOA1

8/21/2012 : NOA1 Hardcopy

8/28/2012 : 1-797C Action Transferred to NBC (Assuming sent to Atlanta Local office...but no telling)

O9/4/2012 : Last touched.

2/26/2013 : Infopass with Atlanta (confirmed file is there and no action yet. To be started in March)

03/18/2013 : 2nd Infopass (No review or processing of any stand-alone I-130s for 60-90 days. URGHHHHHHHHHH)

04/6/2013: NOA2 (228 days from NOA1)

NVC

05/10/13 USCIS Atlanta letter to me confirms this date as sent to NVC

05/20/13 NVC Received Case (Waiting on case number)
06/7/2013 NVC case number assinged
06/7/2013 Choice of agent complete now awaiting fees

Gave up tracking when I left overseas...but we are almost done biggrin.png!

TERMINATED SEPTEMBER 27, 2012.

Yes we called and they didn't say why!!! But I hope it is for the best!! One good thing is that they are touching our papers haha moving them to Many different places lol!! But we are having updates! I know people that since the sent the I-130 they didn't have an update of the case for months!!!

Our I130 got sent to CSC, priority date 08/28, then on 09/07 it was transferred to another office. The notice has not yet arrived in my husband's mailbox so we are not sure where it is right now. Maybe when he gets home from work tonight.

05/11: Met online, began exchanging emails, texts, and Skype
10/01/11: First meeting
10/06/11: He proposed
07/17/12: Married in Irving
08/21/12: Mailed I-130 to Phoenix, AZ Lockbox
08/28/12: NOA 1, Priority Date, Routed to CSC
09/02/12: transferred to NBC
09/05/12: transferred to local office, Dallas Field Office
01/12/13: NOA 2


01.24.13: NVC Received
02.12.13: Case/IIN Received
02.12.13: AOS bill invoiced
02.19.13: Pay AOS bill
02.22.13: AOS bill shows PAID
02.25.13: AOS package sent
02.19.13: DS-3032 sent
03.01.13: DS-3032 re-sent for Supervisor Review
03.01.13: DS-3032 accepted
03.08.13: IV bill invoiced
03.11.13: Pay IV bill

It seems to me so many August filers got transferred to the NBC center in MO...its very weird. Ive done a lot of searching on it and nothing really comes up about it! But in due time we shall see what happens!
