When we first submitted our I-129F (on June 22), VJ predicted our case would be adjudicated by November 22nd. NOW with every day that passes, that predicted date gets closer and closer. In all, more than ONE MONTH has been shaved from our predicted wait time. WAY TO GO CSC! Vermont better start picking up the slack.

NOA 1 date: June 22

Originally predicted adjudication date: Nov 22

Today's predicted adjudication date: Oct 19th

M&J

Ours ended up about three weeks ahead of the initial predicted date and the actual NOA2 came within the prediction span.....

It was right on the money.....

We feel blessed everything has gone so well....never fast enough but better than many.

Good luck to us all, especially those long overdue!

I hope for the folks currently at the CSC that this exuberance is not short-lived, but rather that it continues and is also transferred to the VSC. All of us that have been through the NOA1 -> NOA2 "dead-zone" can totally appreciate the hope of a more rapid pace of approval.

Keep on rolling CSC, VSC has to get with the program.:thumbs:

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

I agree! 3 months is much more bearable than the expected 5. I honestly don't know how couples can be seperated for so long, maybe I'm just a bit needy!lol. I'm going to get my foreign police certificate ordered when I get back to the UK next week - I'm expecting that to take a good few weeks to come from Bahrain.

:D

There are several petitions received 3 months or more after mine that have been approved, and I AM AT CSC!

I haven't heard a thing. No RFE. Nothing. Damn it.

That is horrible and would really frustrate me! I told you I have no idea how you wait so patiently. I would've probably been freaking out everyday that goes by... Oh wait I'm already doing that! haha

That is the worst! Is there anyway you can call and find out what is going on with your petition?

I put in a service request and contacted my congressperson to inquire on my behalf. I don't know that there is anything else I can do.
