Hi All,

My fiancee and I are currently waiting for our NOA2 and I had a few questions concerning the DS-260:

1. Under the employment section I understand that they only have you list the last 5 employers. Do you have to list time when you were not employed on the DS-260 just like the DS-230?

2. Going to the Montreal Consulate what have people done, the DS-230, DS-260 or both?

3. What other things will be on the DS-260 that is not on the DS-230?

Thank you for all of your help. God Bless

I moved the duplicates and left this one.

Did you see the link Saylin left for you? There are screenshots of the form you were asking about.

Here's a link to the regional part of the form for Canada http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/93-canada/ folks there might be able to give you more info. You can always report to your own message and ask a moderator to please move this post to that part of the forum.

I'm sorry to be a pain, I got the DS-260 screenshots, but would also like to know:

1. Do you need to list dates when you were unemployed on the DS-260?

2. People who have gone to the Montreal Consulate applying for K-1, did you do DS-230, DS-260, or both? Do you get an RFE for not doing the DS-230?

Blessings

Chris

1. Nope no need to list unemployment (unless you presently are). Gaps in employment are fine.

2. Not sure how it applies to K1 applicants, but the DS-260 is REQUIRED for IR-1/CR-1 applicants.
