File for you AP and EAD when you file your AOS! You never know if and when you might need it, plus it's included, so why not? :)

This is not required when adjusting from a K-1. The only evidence of marriage you need to submit with the I-485 is a copy of your certified marriage certificate. Co-mingling of assets, photos and such should be brought to the interview, if you happen to have one.
