Does "Do not restart this thread" mean no poster can post the same story from a reputable mainstream site like CNN? Or does it just mean we're being asked to not post it again from jihadwatch?

if a mainstream media story - like cnn, nbc, abc, bbc to name a few, had the story, then that may be a different matter. starting a topic with a hate speech citation is never a good idea.

i still question what benefit such a story brings to this site.
