Hello :D

Hope somebody will enlighten me regarding my EAD RFE which i received it today. All i know i had taken my biometric last October 4, 2006. The RFE goes like this"

BCIS systems do not indicate you have submitted a digital photograph, signature and/or fingerprint through your local Applications Support Center (ASC) . We are unable to complete the adjudication of your I-765 application until you complete this process.

Please contact the National Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283 (TTY 1-800-767-1833) to schedule your appointment to have a digital photograph, signature and fingerprint completed.

If you have already completed this process or have an appointment pending at the ASC, please complete the following:

I submitted my biometric on ___________________at________________.

or

I have an appointment on ______________at ________________.

**************************************************

Hoping somebody can share an idea regarding on my problem.

It sounds like they have a problem with your biometrics info ...

At your biometrics did they take all fingers and thumb prints, a digital photo and also have you sign on the pad which would have shown up on the computer screen ??

Also check the dates on this RFE compared to your biometrics appointment ... Maybe they issued it before you had your appointment ...
