I called NVC yesterday to find if my file was received by them, I called them twice to ask 2 different questions and both the time the reps told me that they have recieved my file on the same day in the building and asked to give them 10-20 business days to enter the file data in the system. Today when I called the rep told me that they recieved my file on Monady, 30th July 2012 (NOA2 approval date). Now I am confused, which is the correct information? And, is it possible for NVC to recieve the file on the same day of the I-130 approval? Please help!!
