I sent my AOS package on the 29th of May and received an RFE on the 16th of June to get a co-sponsor. On the RFE it stated that my temporary work permit would be paused until I had responded to the RFE which I sent away at the start of July. Since then, I have had my biometrics on the 24th of July and on the USCIS website today it says my work permit has been approved and is being posted out but my I-485 status still says says request for evidence response review. Does the fact that my work permit is now being posted mean that my RFE response information has been accepted or does the work permit application automatically unpause when USCIS receive the RFE evidence, regardless if its accepted or not?
