For the affidavit form I-134 there are given 4 different items you can submit as proof of ability to support your fiancé(e), but it says you can submit one or all of them. My question is, if I just submit my bank information with a decent amount of money present and a deed for an apartment in my name, that fulfills 2 of the items, is that enough? I have a job, and an income (which I will show) but I have no pay stubs, is this a problem?

The journey begins...got the package together sent FedEx OV 2/22/06

Probably not unless that "decent" amount of money in the account added to the equity in the apartment is over 5 times the difference between your income and the amount of yearly income required. If your income is already adequate, then there is no problem...show a letter from your employer.

Aquelunya,

Recognize that I-134 along with its supporting documentation is not 'the' one item you need as evidence that your fiancee meets the public charge provisions of the law. It is but one of a number of pieces of evidence that may be asked for.

If you are working, a consulate is highly likely to want to see evidence related to your employment.

You should submit as much information that is applicable to your petition. So, just doing the minimum with a bank letter might not cut it, it's always better to be safe than sorry. If you are employed you should submit this information in an employer letter.
