Ok, who's first? Enough of the sickening sweet lovey dovey stuff. Let's talk reality for a change. We've all got habits or traits that annoy someone so have at it.

My wife said she wanted to cook dinner for me. I asked her what I did wrong. She wanted me to take her somewhere she's never been, so I brought her to the kitchen.

He says "you're mom" a lot. It is driving me crazy. He will hear something and repeat it with "you're mom" added. A silly example is, I will say "I want a drink of water" and he will say "you're mom wants a drink of water"... :P

He only has been doing this for the last 2 years or so. I have no idea why he started.

HA! Both my husband and I do this all the time. It's either 'your mom' or 'your face'.

I think the only thing my husband does that bothers me is that he gets water everywhere when he showers and washes his hands. Oh and he puts laundry in the wrong bins (lights with the darks, pants with the towels, etc). I guess if that is all that bothers me, then we are doing all right :)

Given that we're not in the same place yet and the phone is our primary means of communication, it really bothers me when I can't reach him on the phone over a prolonged period. There's always a perfectly reasonable explanation (no electricity or network access, generally, which I usually hear about anyway from other people I know where he lives), and he's generally great at keeping in contact and in fact has been calling me more than usual lately (which I definitely appreciate), but all the same, we are going to have a Talk about this the next time we speak to each other.

But this isn't a habit, exactly. Or at least it had better not become one!

We're still in the honeymoon stage, but I imagine at some point I will want to open the windows on a windy day and he will get a headache. But I love him so I'll close the windows if he asks me to.
