Hi,

our case is "approved" and we "PAID" the NVC processing fee bill (IV Fee).

Now, how much time do we have to send the NVC all the civil documents? Is there a deadline?

Thanks for your support.

You have up to one (1) year from your last correspondence with NVC before they close your case.

so the date of paying my IV Fee to the NVC. Does that count as my "last correspondence"

Perhaps. If you're planning on taking awhile, just email NVC before the one year mark, telling them to not close your case, and they won't, and that'll start another one year allowance before they close your case.
