My local office received on August 17, more evidence that the IO asked for, 5 days before the date of my case was supossed to be closed or resumming according of it's own merits (that's how the letter says, I received that letter after 3 days of my interview). I've been checking the website for any update on my case and 2 things have changed are "request for evidence" and the date that letter was sent to me (that was a month ago), and, is not on "testing and interview" anymore, but it went back to "Request for evidence". Today a called the 1800 nuumber and talked with a nice second level officer, because I didn't know if they received or not my new evidence (10 days ago I sent it, and still saying request for evidence). After I explained her all that that I'm posting here she asked me I knew the name of the IO who conducted my interview, and I said NO. She said not a problem and she put me on hold for like 4 minutes. she apologized for that long waiting time and said that indeed my local office received my new evidence but they didn't update it, in fact they are not going to updated on-line anymore, and if I don't received anything before September the 23rd I have to call them back and ask for a "Service Request" (on sept 23rd it would be 6 month since they got my application), any I know according to my local office that they do the n-400's in 5 month, top.

My questions are: Because it went back to "Request for Evidence" , does it mean I have to go to a second interview but this time with my wife? (not a problem to do that.), or maybe they'll be satisfied with the new documentation that I sent 10 days ago, and I'll received the oath letter?

Comments please/// Thanks.
