We emailed the choice of agent form to the NVC 5 days ago and still no reply. Paid AOS yesterday. How long does it take for the NVC to respond after emailing the choice of agent. Should we email it again? How long was it for everyone else? Just don't want to lose time.

It's currently taking 1-2 weeks to accept DS-3032s. Don't send another one, you'd just be clogging up their email servers. And they're already clogged up as it is, that's why it's taking so long to get to your DS-3032. Only if 2 weeks have passed would I suggest sending another.

How's your AOS package looking? Is it ready to go? What about the IV package? These are things you can be working on while you're waiting.

I've had both packages ready to send 2 months ago.....just waiting on NVC to give me the green light.

Great good.gifgood.gif Make sure you're reviewing both packages daily to catch any errors and see if everything that's needed is there.

Thanks everyone. From everyones reply it looks like it will take about 10 days so we will wait and see. We sent the AOS package yesterday after paying it online. When I called the NVC they said no need to wait for it to update to paid so hope thats true. I asked about the DS-3032 and they said they just have not got to it yet. But it already says paid for bost parents just a day later.

Did you send the DS-3032 before NVC asked for it? Your timeline is not showing that you received request for DS-3032.

Hey QP and Thomas, what type of notification do you get, to forward the ds 3032 to NVC? Text, email, or written notice?? Did you send yours by email, and did it work fine?

NVC will send an email with the form DS-3032. I scanned the DS-3032 that I already had, and emailed back to them. Also, I sent the original through postal mail. It takes about 10 days for them to confirm receipt. So, I have about 8 days more to wait.
