that's why I was confused and asked if you were filing concurrently or not. If you weren't, then I can understand needing a copy of the I-130 to send in with your I-485 after the NOA for the I-130 ... but you're yelling about two copies what why? You only need to send in ONE!

IMPORTANT!

Make TWO copies of the entire package before you send it in. This includes the money orders too. You want to have a perfect replica of the package you are sending in. All Forms that you submit must be originals with original signatures. Supporting Evidence that you submit may be photocopies. Retain ALL original supporting Evidence since the USCIS has the right to check them by issuing an RFE (Request For Evidence). If you receive an RFE, follow the direction exactly, and make two copies of what you sent back. During any future interviews the USCIS may also want to examine the original supporting evidence.

i only follow what they say here.... make TWO copies of the entire package before you sent it in...

my hubby he only sent one copy of I-130 2 copy of G-325a one for me and one for him 1145 and some evidence. so isn't understand now what is on my question? that important words are from Step-by-Step Guide on How to File for a IR-1 / CR-1 Visa for a Foreign Spouse.

Kaya nga "make two copies" ang isang kopya ay ipadala mo at ang isa ay yon ang replica (eksaktong kopya) kung ano ang pinadala sa USCIS...meaning sa hindi mo pa ipadala ang mga papeles have a photocpoy for your future reference...

The above is a SUGGESTION to keep a copy for your RECORDS, one copy each for the petitioner and beneficiary. Your husband can make a copy from his copy and send it to you for your personal records. You DO NOT need to SEND multiple copies to USCIS or NVC.

You misunderstand the above advice. Everything is fine. We keep telling you everything is fine and you keep wanting to be confused. I don't get it.

Kaibigan...

Pile-of-paperwork #1: The pile-of-paperwork that contains the original documents. Hubby sends pile-of-paperwork #1 to the USCIS.

Pile-of-paperwork #2: A photocopy of pile-of-paperwork #1. Hubby sends pile-of-paperwork of paper #2 to you.

Pile-of-paperwork #3: Also a photocopy of pile-of-paperwork #1. Hubby keeps pile-of-paperwork #3 in his files in case pile-of-paperwork #1 or pile-of-paperwork #2 gets lost.

one set of I-130 G-325A and 1145 and the evidence thats what you mean???

Okey, Missing_Tulips what they are saying is you dont have to sent 2 sets of each forms/documents because you just wasting money. USCIS needs 1 of each documents only, then if ever your Petition approve they will sent all your documents to NVC and NVC sent to US Embassy in Manila. Once you approved for visa you will take that documents w/ you in your POE. If everything goes well. cool down.

The two copies is for your own safety.

meaning if they lose your package, not that they ever do....

you will have a second copy of the original documents you have sent in.

now chill and give your man a hug and tell him sorry.

everyone knows this process and how stressfull it is and can be.

good luck to you both.

my husband he only sent one copy of I-130. and i remind him makes two copies then send but he told me he only sent one copy. makes me pissed off... so how i dont know if they going to contact me or they going to reject cuz its only one copy. its another waste of time and money..

I know you're just stressed out. . . I was, too. Take it easy, though. As far as I know, you only need to submit one I-30. The ones you have to photocopy are your supporting documents. There's no waste of time and money when both of you are in this journey together. Enjoy your visa journey!

my hubby he only sent one copy of I-130 2 copy of G-325a one for me and one for him 1145 and some evidence. so isn't understand now what is on my question? that important words are from Step-by-Step Guide on How to File for a IR-1 / CR-1 Visa for a Foreign Spouse.

Its okay trust your husband he did fine I just hit NVC stage and when I sent my I130 I only sent the original I filled out I made a copy of everything I sent in and then I scanned and emailed a copy of everything to my husband. That is why they say 2 copies one for petitioner one for benny... I was approved in 100 days without RFE (Thank God) so you and your hubby are fine...Breath cause there is going to be way more stress coming down the line... Enjoy the journey and focus on the end result being together...
