So it would be reasonable to assume she was still here and can be traced by somebody with the appropriate skills.

Now: yes, I'd love to know how she might have changed name and possibly SSN. I suspect she used her copies of my false arrest police reports and her orders of protection

A name change is an easy thing to do with no need to support the request with police records at all.

A name change and a social security number change? Maybe if she went into a witness protection program however unlikely that is.

I read long time ago: SSN may be changed following Order of Protection. Of course she'd have to cook up quite an affidavit to go with it. Her Maiden Name's internet presence seemed to taper off abruptly past-2007, when she likely got legal advice

Or maybe she got married and changed her name?

she got SSN with EAD 150 days after Asylum application in 2001. She used Maiden name only in her Immigration, and all that followed. She used Married (my last name) name in all our Family affairs, and in her Mental Health court case. Off course now: she's using third name, and possibly second SSN

Posted Today, 09:19 PM in VAWA2 by Sandranj:

resignedtoinswhim yes naturalization records are public.

But that's the question I asked a few times: my Spouse is a possible participant to Garden City, NY Citizenship Ceremonies sometime within the past year. How to find something out?

single dad I didn't explain very well, Let's me explain better. You can naturalize in Federal courts,State courts and local courts. You may check with the local courts in the appropriate area. USCIS keeps all naturalizations that occurred after September 26, 1906. If you file Foia (Freedom of Information Act).It will take several months, but you can find out if she became U.S.Citizen.

http://www.pacer.gov/

does anyone know if NEW citizen lists of 2011, 2012 for NY Southern District may be found on this free database?

No. I use PACER almost every day professionally and it does not contain anything relating to immigration statuses. It is a case locator system for civil, appellate, bankruptcy and criminal cases in district courts. Furthermore, in order to view anything on it, it is not free. It's $0.10 a page.

Thanx for your kind reply, you saved me registration time. On fees: it explains that small private users will unlikely generate enough searches per quarter to get billed...

Google doesn't seem to deliver: I still don't know where to find 2011-2012 new citizenship (naturalization) records by name
