I am a bit confused on the AP...it asks for how long you will be out of the US then asks how many times you intend to use this document... So do you calculate how many times you will be going to the US, then put the total amount of weeks where it asks you for how long you will be out of the US? Like, if you want a week in July, a week in september, and a week in december you would put three weeks?

When my wife applied for AP late last year, she included an explanatory letter, in which she indicated that she would most likely be out of the country on more than 1 occasion and the duration was likely to be in the order of a week or two each time. I think if you were to do likewise you would have no problems.
