Separation after sending in ROC- not much evidence

Hey guys,My name is Allen. I live in Washington Dc. I filled my i751 jointly on December 2011. But when we sent the package we didnt send i lot of evidence. We just send the last month of our joint account statement, health insurance and 2011 tax form. I dont know is it enough or not? Anyway after then i went to get my finger prints on february . On march i find out that my wife was cheating on me. I left the house. I called immigration and changed my address. Right now i dont know what should i do? I didnt fill divorce yet.Didnt report that we are seperated. If they ask me RFE. I dont have i lot bc when i left my house i didnt take anything w me. I request the last 3 year tax transcript. I have more than 100 page of our joint accoount from last 2 year. Bc my paycheck was deposit to or joint account and we were using that account i lot. Also i have i lot of pictures w her and her family in different time periods. Summer , winter, fall, spring pictures. I also can send them the email that she send it to me i have 100 emails. We didnt have any other thinks on joint bc i moved to her house and everything was under her name and i even didnt think about that stuff.

What is the best think i can do right now?

Is divorce a certainty? If so, get it done asap, then submit the divorce decree.

No we didn't talk last 4 months and also in MD you have to be seperated for 1 year to file divorce. Now they are in November fillers. What is the worst can happen in my situation?

Should I get lawyer ? Also what about if they tell me I have to divorce and fill i751 again in that time period are they going to extend my work permit?
