Can you prove you can pay for medical bills in the USA? It is very expensive to have a baby there.

Yes, you can be denied because of your pregnancy. There is a public charge issue as well as you're child will be a US citizen, increasing your ties to the US, not africa

Good luck

The US Embassy may view your situation negatively.

Multiple visa attempts can show a desperation to come to the US.

The CO may view your attempt to get a visa while pregnant as a means to obtain US citizenship for your child. Also, the CO will need assurance that you have the means to pay for your pregnancy, delivery, and care for your baby. Also, he will be concern with how caring for your baby will affect your school attendance and affect on your finances. Who will care for your baby when you are in classes?

You've got an uphill battle IMHO.

Submit strong evidence is your best chance.
