Got my interview letter from NVC today but...

I got an interview date and letter from NVC today. But I sent NVC the original name change certificate but they didn't write it down (as you can see below) Does this mean my original name change certificate is lost? What should I do? Any advices guys? Thank you in advance!

The following table lists the documents requested by the NVC and whether or not the

NVC received them. Please note that even though the applicant may have provided

the NVC with a copy of a document, the applicant is still required to bring the

original document to the visa interview.
