Hi is it normal that my I-30 was transferred from CSC then NBC got the hard copy for it, but July 2O I received an email saying it was transferred to USCIS office but don't disclosed where is it transferred to...and yet no hard copy for it ...is that normal?

I know my local office would be Santa Ana and they're pretty busy down there..does it mean it was transferred back to CSC??

anyone had this experience before???

Yet again, YES. normal. I only received one hardcopy for the I130. USCIS office means the LOCAL office. If you say it's Santa Ana then so it is. You really must try to enjoy yourself and keep busy because this process will take a few months and considering you cannot pass the first 2 steps you have taken so far, you'll give yourself and ulcer, and possibly dive the ppl around you mad lol.... on second thought continue to vent here instead of to your husband before fight break out.... hahahahahah YOU ARE FINE!!!!

My biggest worry is that you keep saying I-130. What about your I-485 and your EAD or AP? Have you sent all of those together?

yes i sent them together the thing is got RFE they want 2011 tax return but its been 17 days since they got my response haven't heard about my EAD yet..so frustrating

YES I DID get the I-130 notice saying the same thing yours did. I mentioned this twice already in your previous anxiety attack posting.

I really don't understand why, when transferring a case from one place to another, they do not simply tell you where it is being transferred to in the email. It will tell you in the hard copy of the notice you receive in the mail 2-3 days later (still waiting for mine, I assume it will arrive tomorrow) although you can call the USCIS misinformation line at 1-800-375-5283 and talk to a tier 2 rep who can tell you where a particular case has been transferred before you receive the mailed notice (this is what I did a couple of days ago).

you're right by simply telling where it was transferred is a big relief for us and lessen our stress or they just want us to make a wild guess

I'm about to call them..next week If i don't hear anything from them I'll gonna call the military hotline...

IMHO I believe they do not disclose the exact location of your file to make sure they avoid what you guys are planning to do. Why call them? you just applied 2 months ago?!!!??? It makes no sense to harass them when they say the process takes about 6 months? I used to work for the government and hated when ppl called with things they JUST started..... gimme some time will ya? they get THOUSANDS of these days per week.
