My fiance purchased my ticket online, when i got from delta office in makati and suposed to get my eticket, the staff told me that upon checking in i need to present my fiance orgnal crdt card and id,what will i do he is on the ship right now, i had only the scanned copy of his cc and id.anyone here experience this?my flight is on sat..please give me some inputs..tnx

I would call Delta airllines main phone number and ask them, don't go by what the travel agrncy is telling you. I thought a copy of the credit card was fine, but I'm not 100%.

I know that he can stop by a delta airlines ticket counter in the states and take care of it.

27 January 2012: Mailed I-129F

03 February 2012: NOA1( e-mail & Text)

03 February 2012: Check Cashed

NO RFE'S

22 June 2012 : NOA2 (e-mail & Text)

16 July 2012: Manila Case Number(by phone)

17 July 2012: Interview paid at BPI

19 July 2012: Set interview for Mid-Aug

23-24 July 2012: Medical St. Lukes(passed)

24 July 2012: CFO Seminar(had to go next morning for landline #)- PASSED

02 Aug 2012: Received e-mail from USEM our case is there.

15 Aug 2012: Interview at USEM - APPROVED

13 SEP 2012: POE Minneapolis, MN

27 OCT 2012: Married

19 NOV 2012: AOS package sent

05 DEC 2012: NOA's I-765, I-131, I-485

14 DEC 2012: Biometrics appointment finished(Walk-in..Was scheduled Jan 04 2013)

07 FEB 2013: USPS Picked up the combo-card

11 FEB 2013: Received Combo-card

21 FEB 2013: Transit Visa picked up in Chicago for Japan

Can your Fiance call Delta from the ship? (Not really sure what kind of contact you have with him.) I was able to call and get the same problem resolved for my Fiance.

Can your Fiance call Delta from the ship? (Not really sure what kind of contact you have with him.) I was able to call and get the same problem resolved for my Fiance.

Hes trying to call rhem right now but still on hold,he cant stop by at delta office coz we will arrive in us at the same time,he is still on the ship...but my mom in law had a power of attorney she will try to go to delta iffice and teansact in bahlf of him..tnx

It's a security thing. I would explain where he is to the staff, and tell them you cannot get his card. No one can, for the most part. All we had to show was a photo copy of my CC and ID, which I had emailed to my fiance'. If the LOCAL Delta reps can't resolve this, then surely the USA reps can.

It was ok now..my mom in law took care everything for us and she went to delta and put it on her delta master card..thank u guys for all the replies...
